基本情况：
2004年在北京航空航天大学经济管理学院管理科学与工程专业获博士学位， 2004年6月至今在北京航空航天大学公共管理学院行政管理系工作，现为行政管理专业副教授。
研究方向：
公共部门的知识管理 公共政策的量化分析
教学工作：
担任硕士生《社会研究方法》，本科生《定量分析方法》和《政府采购》3门课程的教学工作。
